Programs and Weight Loss Programs
Weight Control, Stapling, Eating
Rules & List of Allowed Foods
The following is to be observed by the participants of Dr.
Kulisz's rejuvenation programs and weight loss programs. Please
remember the portion size: small plate with the amount of food that
fits on your palm. You may eat an hour later and hour later again.
No limits how many times you may eat as long as the amount of food you eat
at a time can be contained in your palm. If you participate in the ear
stapling program you will feel satisfied after about 30 bites. Do not
overeat.
|
We
strongly advise getting a miniature acupuncture staple as it is of a
great help limiting cravings. Contact
Dr. Kulisz to
arrange for this simple procedure (it is a lot less involving than
ear piercing and it is instantly reversible).

By stimulating the stomach point in the ear, it will
send a signal to the brain, which will create the sensation of
fullness or a loss of appetite. Most people will lose anywhere from
5 to 10 pounds a month.

By stimulating the lung point of the ear, you will
experience a strong distaste for smoking cigarettes. Most
people say that they quit within 3 to 4 days, because it makes them
feel nauseated every time they try to light one up. Results
may vary |

How long will it last?
Most staples will last for several months. |
Caloric intake: Your basal metabolism plus about 20%.
To establish your basal metabolism multiply your weight in pounds by 10
(example: 200 lbs x 10 = 2000 calories). This is the amount of energy
measured in calories that is needed to sustain your life at rest.
Additional calories are needed for activities expanding energy: working,
walking, talking, riding a bike, etc. These activities are covered by
the 20% mentioned above. So, the person of 200 lbs should eat not more
than 2200 calories.
You may start initially gaining some weight. It is a
temporary effect. Your metabolism will reset to more "normal"
conditions and eventually you will start loosing weight and more
importantly, inches. Be patient, it is a process that takes time.
| We strongly recommend
nutritional supplementation. Our preferred supplements are Juice
Plus and XanGo mangosteen juice. Juice Plus (two capsules
of fruit extract in the morning and two capsules of vegetable extract
afternoon). This is for the people of generally healthy
condition where the excess fat is the only concern. |

|
| For the individuals
harbouring prolonged, inflammatory conditions manifesting themselves
in arthritic conditions, muscle pain, neuropathy, diabetes and many
others, we recommend mangosteen juice XanGo brand, 2 - 3 oz twice
daily. |
 |
We have covered three elements of this process so far
(staple, eating habits and supplementation). The fourth is the
physical activity. Be physical at least 30 minutes per day.
Five-day per week exercise is great; however, seven-day a week provides
twice the benefit of the five-day a week exercise.
All four elements will keep your metabolism humming as you
lose inches and pounds. Just the old fashioned way: eat less, have
better nutrition, and be physically active. And, if you have decided
to get a miniature ear acupuncture staple, the better, as it is of a great
help. We strongly recommend it.
