Rejuvenation Works

What to Bring and How to Look ?

What to Bring:

In addition to your normal clothing and toiletries sufficient for a two week stay we ask that you bring the following:

  • Good mood, optimism and high expectations of your improvement

  • Prescription medications if you use any

  • Supplements and formulations we have sent to you to start early supplementation

  • Gym/walking shoes - 2 pairs

  • Gym/walking socks - 3 pairs

  • Swimsuits - 2 pairs

  • Sweat suit - 1 set (two sets desirable)

  • Gym exercise attire and underwear sufficient for two week program

  • Gym gloves - 1 pair (desirable)

  • Outerwear - expect temperatures mid sixties - seventies during the day and forties at night -- fall and winter, and upper nineties in the summer.

Additionally:

  • Travel documents (for US and Canada driver's license, for all other countries passports with US visas)

  • Any medical analyses, x-rays or opinions

  • Anything else that you think is of importance.

How to Look:

Look your best -- you'll feel the best.   Restaurant dress code is strictly observed.  Positively no wet/sweaty clothing.  Breakfast and lunch attire -- casual dress.  Dinner attire -- country club casual (no shorts, tennis shoes, tee shirts, etc...)

Program club room -- lecture time and other scheduled activities: comfortable and casual, err on the side of overdressing slightly.  Ladies, makeup desired if it makes you feel better.  Gentlemen, daily shave is expected unless you have a grown beard.

Look your best -- you'll feel the best.  It is your getting-better time.  The way you look will define to the large extent the way you feel.  If in doubt what to wear, err on the side of overdressing.
